Tin Chopstick Rest Workshop: Capturing Autumn at Rokuzan Art Museum in Hotaka, Azumino, Nagano, Japan
In late November, I visited the Rokuzan Art Museum, surrounded by breathtakingly vibrant autumn leaves. Japan is known for its four distinct seasons—spring, summer, autumn, and winter. While late November is technically winter, it’s also when autumn displays its most dazzling colors.
The cold wind cut sharply against our cheeks, like a knife, but the warm, golden hues of the leaves filled our hearts with comfort. During my visit, I joined a museum workshop and crafted tin chopstick rests.
