There is a company called "OHSAWA JAPAN" that I always rely on. They specialize in organic food and offer a wide range of products from both Japan and around the world.
One of my daily essentials is their ground sesame seeds. These seeds are made from organic sesame grown in Bolivia and Paraguay. Coarsely ground, they have a wonderfully rich aroma. I add them to my miso soup every day.
Recently, I discovered that mixing these ground sesame seeds with mushrooms in miso soup makes it even more delicious. Have you ever thought that all sesame seeds are the same? Actually, there are big differences between them, don’t you think?
